Yeah, when I used to cap in bmp everything would run quicker but it'd also make filesizes larger. I switched over to capping in png and it does make my computer a bit slower but caps end up loading faster when you try to view them and also it makes uploading/downloading zip files faster. I also try not to do anything else when I cap as well. ;;
